Coated aluminum circle production process
1. Choose aluminum coils of proper alloys and perform cleaning, degreasing and chemical passivation to enhance coating adhesion.
2. Primer and topcoat are applied by roller, followed by high-temperature curing to form the color and protective layers.
3. Quality Inspection and Cooling: Film thickness and color difference are checked, and the substrate is cooled and set.
4. The substrate is die-cut into circular pieces of the specified diameter.
5. A protective film is applied to the aluminum circle surface to prevent scratches, and finally, the aluminum circles are packaged and shipped.
