Aluminum round plate properties
Elongation: Room temperature elongation of O-state aluminum discs is ≥25%, with a preferred elongation of ≥30% for complex deep-drawn parts, ensuring no cracking under large deformation.
Yield Strength: Yield strength of O-state aluminum discs is between 30~80MPa. Too low a strength leads to wrinkling, while too high a strength results in high tensile resistance and easy breakage.
Anisotropy: Planar anisotropy coefficient Δr is ≤0.5, thickness anisotropy coefficient is ≥1.5, preventing earing and uneven wall thickness during stretching, ensuring symmetrical curved surfaces and uniform wall thickness of the lamp.
Hardening Characteristics: Moderate work hardening rate is to avoid premature hardening during stretching, while ensuring sufficient rigidity after forming to prevent deformation of lamp components.
Grain Size: Grain size is controlled between 5~8 grades, with uniform and fine grains to avoid surface orange peel and cracking caused by coarse grains, improving forming stability.
Surface quality
Our aluminum circle surface is clean and free of defects such as cracks, peeling, scratches, and oil stains; roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm for reflective/high-end parts (gloss ≥ 90GU after polishing), Ra ≤ 1.6μm for ordinary parts; uniform color difference; oxidation/spray adhesion meets standards, with no peeling or blistering.
Dimensional tolerance requirements
Diameter tolerance ±0.1~±1.0mm (stricter tolerance for precision parts); thickness tolerance ±0.01~±0.05mm; flatness ≤1.0mm/m, no warping; burr height ≤0.05mm; roundness and concentricity deviation ≤0.3mm (precision grade ≤0.1mm), ensuring assembly and machining accuracy.
